Kaiseki courses are available from 11,000 yen (tax included) per person. The "Hachisun," a specialty of Tazemu, is a tasteful dish that allows you to feel the changing of the seasons with its color and seasonal vegetables. Each dish is a perfect match for sake. We hope you will enjoy our dishes not only for everyday use, but also for entertaining guests. The course is available for a minimum of two persons.

Hachisun" is a small potted dish that allows you to enjoy a small portion of seasonal sakabanzai, obanzai, delicacies, and seasonal vegetables. The menu changes depending on the season, so you may be able to enjoy a special dish only available at that time of the year. Another specialty of Denzan is "rice cooked in an earthenware pot with black truffles. It is cooked with black truffles and Japanese soup stock to create an aromatic and luxurious taste. We also offer a variety of other seasonal dishes.

All of our sake is junmai sake. We carefully select and stock a variety of brands from all over Japan, including popular standard brands, rare brands, and seasonal brands. The restaurant has a relaxed modern Japanese atmosphere where you can enjoy Japanese food and sake in a casual manner without being overbearing. The restaurant has a counter seating for 6 and a table seating for 18, and can be used for various occasions such as a drink after work, a date, or a gathering with friends. A private room for up to 8 persons is also available for customers who have booked a course.
